Ornaments are created from thousands of specially bent small pieces of thin copper.

Copper inlaying is very exacting and time consuming process: Thin copper plates are cut into thin pieces that are specially bent and cut to appropriate lengths. Afterwards, these pieces of specially bent thin copper are slowly, piece after piece, beaten into the Fujara wood, forming these beautiful ornaments .

Copper Inlaid Fujara flutes are finished in dark, reddish pigmented varnish mixed according special recipe to achieve superior final effect.

Copper inlaying is also a perfect test of wood quality, while all wood imperfections are discovered by thousands of beats and such wood cracks already in the process. Due to its exacting and time consuming nature, copper inlaying is very rare decoration technique and copper inlaid Fujara flutes tend to be very expensive. But it is certainly not our case:
